there is no evidence of sexual activity...the activity that has been described could may not have any real sexual connotations. In fact the Nazi's did things to their victims that some people would define simply as sexual but it was more as a tool to degrade and humiliate their victim. There was no real sexual motive in their actions. THis could easily have been theh case concerning Venables and Thompson. And if one argues that it does indicate a sexual motive then one is making the claim that ten year olds are sexual yet the professionals in society claim that sexualisation of children don't really begin until they reach puberty. And we all know that ten year old havn't reached puberty. But of course we can make claims that this was learnt behaviour. Which I doubt in this case. And as for withholding information pertaining to a crime during court proceedings just to protect the families sensitivities are ludercrious, especially since they appeared in printed form on the covers of our sleazy tabloids. And if this was the case and that type of information was not discussed in open court it should never have been put into the public domain. The fact is that Venables and Thompson have been triend convicted for the murder of James Bulger and since then they had been released from custody. What ever crime they commit whilst at liberty is a matter for our legal system to sort out not you lot with the lynch mob mentality of followers of a women who is only interested in revenge. With views that have been expressed in these threads it makes me realise that we have a real problem with the british legal system. I hope that none of you that spread the bile that we have evil kids in society and that we should seek and spread hate ever sit as jurers.
