Hi guys.

I cannot believe the reply from Scrubbs, do you work for Virgin or something.

Yes it is my fault that I have chosen to move, but as BenMcr and Russ stated it's not my fault they cannot provide me with a service.

It's pretty pathetic really that a big company cannot have an alternative facility for situations such as these.

I think it's a complete rip-off.
