Hi.

I subscribed to Virgin just over 5 months ago, but I am due to move house in 10 days time.

Unfortunately Virgin cannot be installed in my next house, but I have been told that I still need to pay £10 for each service that I have per month.

I have 3 services at the moment and pay £35 per month.

I am still liable to pay £30 per month even though I am not receiving a service from Virgin.

This seems very unjust to me and would like to know what I can do to not have to pay for these unusable services.

Any advice would be appreciated.
