Keep in mind though that the tunnel is only encrypted up to the exit node, which must (in order to forward your traffic to it's destination) then decrypt it. There are a large number of compromised endpoinrs out there, so for your own sake don't push anything sensitive through TOR.
Is there any option to choose an end node in a specific country in Tor?

I'd love to be able to use it as a reliable proxy server
