You are honestly comparing NHS fees to pay TV?
Go to a pub in Scotland and order a pint. Then do the same in England. If the English one costs more for the same beer, are you saying that's unfair and that the English have some kind of god-given right to pay the same price for the same item, just because we're all taxed the same? There are market forces at work as well as several other complicated licensing arrangements, as has already been demonstrated.
