Outlook Express has long been superceded. In Vista it was Windows Mail. With Windows 7 there is no pre-installed email client. You can download Windows Mail Live, or use a third party thing. It's a little bit like an internet browser - internet explorer may not be installed at the outset.. Thank the EU anti-competitiveness rules for making things more complex for the end user. There should be easy to follow links in windows 7 that will allow you to find the right download sites.

If you have the full Office suite then you should be able to configure Office's Outlook to work with Virgin Media.
