Also with regards pricing. It's hard to take it into account due to package bundles etc. Hence why you have credits on your bill. It's something to do with the billing system virgin use. where broadband had to be the full cost and then discounted using a credit. L broadband is £20 on it's own and xl is £30 on it's own. But then again hard to compare against other providers as everyone else u have to have an active line and pay line rental.

Do the discounts increase/decrease if I change BB rates? If so what would I end up paying if nothing else in my package changed?
I don't use the Virgin telephone line and do have a BT line installed and active so if I were to cancel the Virgin phone and BB then went to O2 as I have a mobile with them, then I may end up actually saving money. But that is muddying the waters of my original question
