I have discussed the matter at hand and really couldn't be clearer in what I wrote. It seems to me your definition of 'proof' and insistance on it is entirely variable according to who's in the dock...
Anyway, how about you answer the questions about the non-dom Lord Paul's donations, Mandelson's influence at the heart of government (which is FAR greater than anything Ashcroft 'enjoys' right now) and Brown dropping the rule non-dom changes?
BTW, how's pointing out your and New Labour's utter hypocrisy when it comes to non-doms and wrongdoing in parliament going off topic?...
