) Virgin are not known for thier clear pricing policy.
My experience with customer services is that they have a script to follow and that script does not always cater for non standard questions or situations, hence the question here.
As an aside, is it me or the does cost of XL (un-discounted) BB seem to be way out of step with other suppliers?
