PayPal Question
I am loathe to open a PayPal account due to fraud that my son experienced years ago.
However, I want to make a purchase where PayPal is the only option. From what I understand you don't open a PayPal account but just submit your card details on an online PayPal slip and they forward the monies to the creditor.
Is this a standard procedure, is it safe and is my card safe from being used by PayPal fraudsters.
