If the £70 subscription you mention is to buy online from Symantec it is too expensive.
We use Norton Internet Security 2009 and when the subscription was due to expire i just bought the same product from PC World for about £25 and just used the product code to continue for another year. It was a lot cheaper than purchasing another 12 months online direct from Symantec plus no reinstalling as the product is the same.
