Swansea problem upstream maybe fixed
My net has been off since 10am until just after 7pm with problems affecting SA1 - SA3 areas in swansea and also when they fixed that they found an SNR issue on the part of the network my connection was on they were unaware of.

Since my connection has come back on my upstream has improved dramatically...





Usually i dont get above 1.34mb upstream.

I hope it lasts.
