hi just to say my latency has been high lately in wow peeking from 300-900 but ok last night ....im in rg22 ....but as seph as said its hard to get either side to admit the blame...but i did contact customer complaints once before when this happened and i was put to there higher tech department who sorted it but they did have loads on complaints from wow players..if no joy refuse to pay them if they dont sort it as its there job to contact telia not you as you pay them for a service ,its not your fault there too tight to pay for good transfers across networks ...bt customers are not having probs so i would say virgin at fault as it was last time for me ..
