Yep.
It should be noted that VM have not yet tested to this extent on live networks. In the areas that are getting 10Mbps trials they are running a single 20Mbps upstream in addition to the standard 4 10Mbps ones, in Ashford they had 4 15Mbps upstreams bonded. Comcast are running on 2 x 30Mbps channels and 2 x 15Mbps channels in the live network tests and 4 x 30Mbps in the lab.
This is purely to point out that the technology is now available and is expected to go live by end of year. Your favourite cable company and mine have work to do before they can even contemplate doing this to any scale on live networks.
