As has been pointed out several times - they aren't
To have BB L and a landline costs £3.50 more than BB L by itself. It's £1 a month more for BB XL and XXL with landline than by themselves
Whether you feel this enough or not is irrelevant - the fact is it doesn't cost more to have broadband by itself than it does for Broadband plus landline
