The 3 mobile dongle will be better if network coverage in your area is good, although, 3 and T-Mobile now share there 3G infrastructure with each other, 3's service is more speedy.
If you have a mobile contract with 3, you can take out mobile broadband 1GB allowance for £5 per month, for a higher allowance it will cost £10 per month. Prices shown are if you pay by direct debit and a seperate bill is given to your mobile broadband.
