I have spoken at length to T mobile requesting they unblock this phone and sent them copies of proof of ownership, they are more than happy to unblock the phone......but dont know how to.

The final outcome is that they say they cannot now trace the origin of the phone or the imei number

I stated that they were able to trace the imei number to block the phone so why cant they now find the number to unblock it

Their response was that when they blocked it the phone was linked to an account (ie the hooky T mobile one) so they could just send a blanket block to the account, however as the phone is now flying solo so to speak it is not traceable............................According to them

So they are very sorry but tough luck end of story
