With the increase in size of our fair city comes the downside of less land to grow sprouts. The cost of importing more may mean that there will not be enough to supply such generous portions in the future.
Just think no more Sprout Canapés or horror of horrors .... no more sprout beer or sprout flavoured ice cream.
Still, we will always have our extensive Cabbage Farms ... can't have us loosing the Cabbage Capital of the World title now can we?
