I meant boasting because its all over their home page, comparing against the other networks, especially they are taking advantage of O2's poor performance.

Keep calling and bothering them, call them all the time and they will fix it. I threatened to cancel if they didn't fix the signal in my area, within 1 week i was getting full bars.
