I don't want to start flinging stats at you, but you are four times more likely to quit if you use therapy and support provided at your local stop smoking service. They can usually give you a supply of some form of nicotine replacement therapy, or request champix from your GP.
Willpower is great and will make it a lot easier, but it only lasts a short period of time - why make life hard for yourself? Give them a call, it can't do any harm
You say you've tried to quit 3 times in the last year, for what reason did you relapse? Was it because you were struggling on your own? Why not do it with other like-minded people and make it a whole lot easier
www.smokefree.nhs.uk or give me a holler with your postcode and i can find the details for you.
