BenMcr and Cable Forum Team, Thankyou for your replies and I am most grateful. I had not realised that it was an Ofcom requirement and understand now the reason and as you say, it is an improvement to be able to view before 8pm. Maybe at a later date I will consider a Sky+ box but as I already have Virginmedia and a V+ I should be satisfied. The offer I received was half price for a year & too good to ignore as it included Sky movies 1 at a much lower cost than to just add Movies to the VM package, and this gives a seperate set of Sky channels as well. Thanks again.
