I should think everyone would have had it by now from various retailers. I got mine from PCworld for £44.99 2 days before the release date and that is the FULL version seeing the E version was scrapped.

If you have an order number then keep chasing it because you should have got it several weeks ago, if you don't have any proof of an order then i'm not sure what you should do.
