sounds like you can get to BIOs management screen (you said you changed the boot order)

does it detect the disks at all in BIOS?

if you can see them in BIOS but it still win't boot it may be boot sector / partition table is corrupt / not there

When you say 'I even used my restore CD' did it boot from CD?
