re: Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2

Tbh its a disgrace to hike up the price like this. They are already going to make a massive, massive profit based on the massive install base that think COD is the be all and end all of gaming. I know I wont be buying it at that price but there's always places to get it a bit cheaper.

I'd like to see some kind of regulation that could act on things like this within the gaming industry.

I'll kiss goodbye to gaming if everyone starts to do this.
EA are in for a big shock if they think their going to get any decent sales at that price. The NFS series has been going down hill badly for a while now(since Most Wanted imo). Pro Street was a disgrace and Undercover did little to improve on it though it did add some intresting game modes. But when you can fall through the floor in the middle of a race into blackness with no way out without resetting your console then you know somethings really wrong with that game.

With each new NFS EA have been losing more and more of its install base and when your trying to hike up the price after that then the game better be somthing very special otherwise EA are going to have to shut that franchise down which they almost did last year.
