We too are having very poor service on the 50Mb cable connection in Brighton. Over the last 2 days it drops every couple of minutes. I've tried rebooting the modem loads of times but it has made no difference. I'll have to get onto the the 151 number tomorrow: hope I can get through to England as the Indian folk find me hard to understand (and the other way around!).
