You are quite right.
We really need to throw all this antiquated nonsense like jurisprudence, due process, habeus corpus, courts, judges, juries and this sentimental idea of innocence until proven guilty and any other inconvenient human rights that infringe upon reactionary mob justice.
We need a more 21st century approach. Lets get the details of everyone that gets arrested (if he's been arrested he must be guilty, right?) - or even mentioned in a news article will do - publish it on internet forums and let them decide. They can even decide the punishment. The rope-making and pitch-forking industries will get a major boost in these recessionary times.
How about we wait until someone is convicted of it first before getting too far ahead. Noone has even been arrested yet, let alone charged and convicted.
