There is also the issue of having marked Police vehicles sitting outside private property. Maybe not an issue in the sticks where everyone knows each other but in larger towns it sometimes isn't advisable to advertise to all and sundry what you do for a living.

sort of tough on them that but i am sorry but on this one i would say then their choice is get the vans or have less dogs perhaps sharing with other forces
just because money is tight should never be an excuse for not looking after animals you have chosen to have be that privately own or by an organisation

wouldn't argue with that though my vet is the port of call for the RSPCA and i wouldn't say they would in anyway put down an animal which didn't need to be
the other cat i have here i found after some scum bag hit him and didn't stop he had 3 weeks at the vets 5 operations sadly lost one eye and the vets charge to me as i said if no one claims him we will have him was £0 RSPCA PAID £60 towards spaying and initial costs
but if your sure you have done everthing a second opinion is never a bad thing to back up your case
