How you can connect all this will depend on what connection options your TV / home theatre offer.

If your home theatre has multiple input HDMI and an output then simply connect the HMDI from the blue ray, and free sat to the theatre and HDMI out to the TV.

Better sound will often be obtained by optical lead. If your theatre allows that then connect the optical from the Blue Ray and Free Sat (if they both allow it) to the theatre and HDMI from Blue Ray and Freesat direct to the TV.
