I have a DVD recorder with 2 scarts av1 and av2 and a freeview box with 2 scarts TV and Aux, and a TV with one scart.

I want to be able to record from the freeview box as the TV is only analogue (yes I know, steam driven) but whichever way I connect them I cannot record freeview without either terrible interference, or getting a black screen with audio only.

Anyone got any ideas on how to connect them? Any help would be appreciated.
