Contact the seller first of all and explain your situation and that you want genuine mats or a refund. If he/she does not co-operate then you can report the seller to ebay and they will open a dispute which will attemp to deal with it.

If that fails it will be left in Ebays hand to decide what to do but dont expect anything fast from them unless they have become alot better in the last year or so.
