Hi,
I won a bid on eBay for some BMW Car Mats, and they was listed as Genuine BMW. However they are not Genuine BMW Car Mats.
On the listing under Return policy it has:
The seller will not accept returns for this item.
Where do I stand, as they are not any good, as I wanted Genuine.
