Low user alternative t0 VM?
Hello, an elderly neighbour who is on VM would like some broadband but not enough to warrant paying VM £17 is per month.

As she does not have a BT cable she cannot get the majority of cheaper options available, are there any other broadband services that she can use for very light use?
(1gb PM will be more than adequate).
