This is the back of the Goodmans SD Freesat box:

I think the 'LNB OUT' socket is RF out, although I'm not certain. It needs an f-plug to mate with it, whatever it is. Unfortunately the box is down in the holiday flat and I don't know if we kept the instructions anyway.
