Hey! been looking on forum for a few months now, but never had any problems to report. well, have a problem with internet, well quite a bit problem. it doesnt work. i found the log for the modem, and i keep getting the message "No raging response received." and that the modem is "unready". i rang the service support line and said theres no problems in my area. rang VM, got through to India and they told me that work in kent is my problem, i find this hard to beleive as i know many people within my local community with Virgin Media, and their internet connection is fine! i am also miles away from Kent, in Sutton Coldfield (North Birmingham). Could somebody please give me some assistance. thanks
