Not quite the best layout shown.

With a TV, a cable box and a single recording device (old style:VCR, new style, DVDR or PVR, or combi), the stock layout is the "SCART triangle" if all 3 are dual SCART.

Cable box TV SCART to TV
Cable box VCR SCART to recorder SCART in
Recorder SCART out to TV second SCART (or use HDMI, if the recording device and TV have HDMI)

If using a full SCART hookup, then I wouldn't bother looping the antenna through the cable box if you are not tuning in the RF channel.
