What do you mean by AV? Do you mean RF (aerial). This is the thing you changed immediately prior to the scart sockets no longer working, so whatever you did at this point seems like prime suspect to me. Can you elaborate on what you did at this point?

My guess is that your scart sockets have multiple modes and that you have managed to switch modes. There may well be a button you can press when you are on a blue screen that changes the mode of that particular scart input.

OK having looked at the manual, this is interesting:-

The unit receives CVBS (VIDEO) signal and RGB signal from SCART1 interface and is able to identify the signal format automatically. The unit chooses the RGB signal prior to the CVBS (VIDEO) signal.

It's almost as if this isn't working for some reason and it thinks it's receiving RGB. Maybe try ensuring you've got ouput going through the SCART cable before you plug it in and change to SCART1?
