Re: Scart/tv issue - it aint avinit

I have never had a TV with scart sockets that can be disabled or switched off. Is it a modern TV & do you still have the handbook to check through the menu.

Another thought is, when a box (sky etc) is connected to a scart tv, there is something like a 9v switch wire to auto switch the tv to that scart. Also can u switch to the relevant scart connector with the remote?
