If memory serves me right, there is a (i think) Indian restaurant on Upper Brook Street at the corner of Brunswick Street that pretty decent. Been a while since I've been up that area so no idea what its called or if it's still there, but I am sure it is.

Although, as Uncle Peter says, if you plan to part in the City Centre, eat there - there are tons of places and only a short cab ride/bus ride to/from the apollo.
