Re: keeping fit

I used to consider myself ok fit (2 years ago)
go to the gym twice a week (2hrs+)
go out running once in a while and
play football and basketball every now and then

but starting to get unfit now
injured myself a few times in 1st half of this year
and then my gym closed for refurbishment for half a year
they only said it will be a few months at 1st

well i would go running to keep fit
as it works most of ur body
i would agree that cycling and swimming should be better
lesser chance of injury but i never had good thigh muscle for cycling and never worked on them
swimming......... i don't think i can swim a length of a pool hehe
haven't been swimming since school days

well its mostly what u looking for
muscle mass gain, fat burning, cardio training or whatever
would be good to do sports with other people as u can have fun while doing exercise

and what i think is most important is keep yourself from getting injured
