Resources & Lagg

Hi,

I have a problem, its a mild problem but its annoying. Basically i can hear my drive accessing information but i am not doing anything for it to access. I could just be sat here and it will kick off, I checked resources and the only thing i see that is using the disk is provided in the picture attached.

My problem is when i am on world of warcraft, even though i have set the wow.exe to run using 3 processors not 2, and set the priority to above normal i still hear the drive kick in and i get slight lag in game.

If you look at the attachment you might see something i cant, but i have noticed lag by doing other things recently. Virus scan and spyware comes up with nothing.

The moment the drive starts going theres a slight lag in most things, as if its transfering or installing something.

Any ideas?
