I've lost 'on demand' again. There's only 1 green light showing on box. (An old Telewest cable box). Ordinary TV service seems unaffected.

But with 'on demand' I keep getting 1021 error code, despite rebooting several times. I read on another thread that I should check and see if the dhcp path is on. It's not. I don't have an IP address either. I don't know if that's relevant or not.

Does this sound like a box problem or perhaps the cable?
