Well engineers have been out twice in the last 3 months. 1 claimed it was a fault in our area, which would be fixed when our local servers were upgraded. TBH it has improved a bit since his visit, and I know I ought to spend half a day on the phone to report it again, and try to get a new box (ours is an old black one), but ploughing your way thru to customer services is just soooo mind-numbing .....
In honesty, I do want V+, but I don't want to spend £75 and end up with the same problems.

i agree about CS however you'l get there in the end. as i said tho your best bet would be to:
