As with every time I contact Virgin I got through to an Indian Call Centre twice who started telling me I need to sign up for 12 months and they could only give me a 100 minute bonus, no idea what they were talking about and they could not understand the words 300!

Is there anyway of speaking to someone in the UK who will be able to deal with my simple request?
