What the?!?

Downstream Receive Power Level : 0.18 dBmv
Downstream SNR : 27.27 dB
Upstream Transmit Power Level : 48.00 dBmv

The levels just plummeted... Tho we do have a thunder storm happening at the moment, could that be why? Still I feel it getting more unstable by the second.
