Sounds like you're doing ok if you are picking up any part of it.
It's really pretty simple. Phorm will have access to everything you can see on any webpage you visit and basically can do whatever they please with that data.

Still, when I think about some of my clients who are puzzled when I even ask them what browser they use I guess it's hardly surprising that more people are not alarmed by what is happening.
