When a network practically runs out of bandwidth to the extent that they have no room for a SD footie channel or any more HD channels then I would say that network was not up to scratch.
And that is not even mentioning the many areas that were left for up to 12 months with inferior BB after the 20meg downgrade and the areas apparently still not fixed.
