Ever unpacked a 6ft tall fridge / freezer & when manoeuvring into position find that the width of the space had been measured to the wall - not the skirting board - ever removed a skirting board
- waiting to turn it on enables the fluid in the system to settle, which lessens the chance of it getting a vapour lock - still a pain, though - just chill
