Regardless of the issues of legality of receiving a service that you are no longer paying for, you should be getting your neighbour to connect the boxes he uses to his dishes, not yours. You don't want to create a situation where, when you eventually wish to move house, you have created an easement (legal right) for your neighbour to be relying on services from your property.
