BSkyB loses Virgin appeal
Within minutes of hearing the case yesterday, three of the country's top judges threw out Sky's appeal and ordered the satellite broadcaster to pay Virgin £40,000 in costs.
Sky has handed over 8,800 documents, 7,900 of which are confidential, to Virgin's legal team.
