I've read the story 3 times and I still can't seem to find the bit that says he brought the knife.

I think they've just given up. There's nothing in this story to say the victim (yes the victim) was guilty of anything whatsoever. Charges had been brought in 2 other cases but its for the courts to decide on guilt.

I'd leave the country if some of you people got into power. "He threw an apple core? String 'im up!!!"
